Screams I Am Gorgeous! Diva Wreath is made on a wood wreath rail frame; frame is 11 x 9 inches. Black deco mesh with metallic stripes and used gold glittery tulle for head band. The face is hand painted with acrylic paints and a layer of glitter placed to the lips and eye lids. Face is coated with Mod Podge clear acrylic sealer. The entire wreath measures 16 1/2 by 13 inches.
